Welcome Palm Club III HOA members,
My name is Marni Russo and I am your Palm Club III Homeowners Association President.
This website was created to better keep our residents informed of what is going on within our community.
Here you will find HOA updates, HOA meeting minutes, rules, regulations and more. You will also find
updates from Tri-Palm, an organization that is made up of Board Members from each of the three
Palm Club Villages. Tri-Palm manages the gated entries, security and the main road on Green Pine.

We hope you love our community as much as we do and hope you will continue to make it a wonderful place
to live. In order to do so we ask the following:
- Please keep trash cans and recycle bins out of street view, as they should not be visible from the road.
- You may take trash cans to the curb the evening prior to pick-up days and put them away by the end up day of pick-up.
Trash pick-up days are: Mondays and Thursdays
Bulk and vegetation pick-up are: Thursdays
*Please note, for large vegetation you may need to contact the City for a special pick-up at a cost to be determined by and payable to the City.
- No “hat racking” of trees. This is not legal and the City may fine you for doing so.
- If you want to do any work on the exterior of your home and/or on property, please make sure you submit your Architectural Review Form PRIOR to starting your project.
- Please keep the exterior of your home neat and clean.
We encourage you to visit each section of our site, as you may find some valuable information.
Please join us for our HOA meetings that are held on the 3 rd Monday of each month. Signage will be put on the road the Friday prior with location information. We would love to see you!
