Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors consist of volunteer property owners who are elected by the property owners for two year terms. The Board of Directors are responsible for operating the Association. The Board oversees that the covenants, restrictions, rules and regulations are adhered to by all owners, residents, tenants, guests, etc.
The officers consist of:

Vice President: Donna Tighe
Secretary: Kerri Baughman
Treasurer: Gretal Lewis
Board Election
Notice of the annual meeting for the election of board members will be mailed to the members at least sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the meeting which will be held in March.
The Notice will include candidate information for each individual who has submitted a nomination. Members may also self-nominate during the annual meeting. Voting may be conducted by mailed ballot, proxy, or in person. A quorum consists of 3 or more members who voted by any one of the above methods. candidates who receive the highest number of votes will be considered the winners, regardless of whether this constitutes a majority of the total votes cast.
Board Meeting
Our monthly HOA Board meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM on Zoom unless otherwise noted.
Meeting notice signs are put out on the Friday or Saturday prior to the meeting.
