About our Association

Board of Direction

Our Board of Direction consists of volunteer property owners who are elected by the property owners for two year terms. The Board of Direction are responsible to operate the Association and among the duties of the Board is to see that the covenants, restrictions, rules and regulations are adhered to by all owner, resident, tenants, guests, etc.

The officers consist of:

Board Election

Notice of the annual meeting for the election of board members usually will be mailed to the members at least thirty (30) days prior to the date set for the meeting which will be held in (Month).

The Notice will contain a candidate information’s of each member who has submitted one.
A member may also nominate himself or herself at the annual meeting. Members may vote by mailed-in ballots, by proxy, or in person. A quorum consists of xx or more members who voted by any one of the above methods.
The winning candidates are those who receive the highest number of votes, which does not have to be a majority of members voting.

Board Meeting

Our normal HOA Board meeting is held the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Village I clubhouse but could be subject to change.

Meeting notice sign are put out on the Friday or Saturday prior to the meeting. We have plenty of seats in the clubhouse and we always like to see new faces.
